| Physical Description | Elinowy is tall and strong in appearance. Her long red hair is typically tied up beneath her head covering. She is plain, but cursed with being naturally attractive, which runs directly into her vow of Celibacy she took as a sister. She wears the standard robes of a Chantry sister and keeps her appearance modest. She has no personal affects beyond medicines and supplies needed to help others in her travels. |

| General Overview | Sister Elionwy is a kind but stalwart devotee to the faith of the Maker. She reaches out to all with charity hoping to aid them in making something of their miserable lives. On issues of faith she is unswerving. She accepts the Andrastian belief in the Maker and is determined that the Chant of Light be spread to the farthest reaches of the globe. To members of the faith she is a loyal sister, to converts a guiding benefactor, to the apostate, she can be merciless. She has little trust or tolerance for elves, despite what others in her sect espoused. Dwarves she is hospitable to on the behalf they mined the lyrium that controls the Templars for the Chantry. | |
| Strengths & Weaknesses | Elinowy is very compassionate to any who need help. It is her calling in life to lift up the oppressed and downtrodden. She is unfortunately very rigidly guided by her theological beliefs, and has issues with many races and not the quickest to forgive those who cross her. She has a certain mastery of herbs, oils and ointments for healing. She is not the best combatant. She can use a blade if necessary. |

| Personal History | Born of a peasant family in the village of Bete Noir, Elinowy suffered abject poverty. At the age of four she was abandoned to beg in the streets. She heard the first calls of the Maker when she was taken in by a kindly cleric who fed and clothed her. She was raised in the Chantry house and became a novice as she reached the age of reason. She was thoroughly educated when at the age of 16 she was accepted as a full sister. Consecrated to the Maker, she sang with joy the Chant of Light from street corners outside taverns trying to turn the wayward to the true path. When she was 18, rouge mages burned the Chantry and murdered the Reverand mother. Her home destroyed and many of her sisters slain, Elionwy was severely beaten by the rouges. During her convalescence, Elionwy turned to despair. But the words of Andraste came to her. She gathered what remained of the chapter house and started to rebuild. In the process she found the rouge Mages and through appeals, bargains, and bribes brought about their indescriminate destruction. None who had partaken in the sacrilege on the Chantry lived, or their families. As the new Chantry grew in influence and size, Elionwy accepted the role of 'mother' even without proper authorization from the Chantry hierarchy. Her tireless efforts got the young 'mother' of Bete Noir noticed by the hierarchy. A decade later, the still young woman was recruited to join the Seekers of Truth. Taking a leave from her beloved community, she set about training in the ways of a seeker. She has not yet completed her Vigil. Under orders of her Reverend Mother, she has undertaken a spiritual journey of poverty, modesty and self denial to wander the lands accepting only what others provide for her. She had met many wonderful kind souls in her travels, and some not so kind. Practicing the skills she was taught for the Seekers, she tries to bring balance and justice as one woman serving the Maker. |

Her martial skills have a dance like fluidity to them. She is adept with a dagger for upclose combat. Prefers a crossbow and staying at a long distance from battles.
