January and February 2022 on Dragon Age: Legacy

With Dragon Age: Legacy being independent, it appears that I am rather less diligent about writing up a monthly summary of our narrative. So, here is a bit of catching up.
Summary of posts completed in January and February:
In a backstory post beginning the story of how Kalian and Katya became friends during the Blight (about three and a half years before the current timeline), Kalian arrives at the Jader workhouse with an elderly healer, there to help Ferelden refugees. Katya also arrives, there to collect orphans to take to Miss Caroline's orphanage, where she herself was raised. Kalian helps Katya with three newly-arrived young orphans, a human brother and sister and an elf girl, to take them to the orphanage.
Continuing the previous wine-investigation narrative... After the dead man's body is finally removed by on-duty members of the city guard, and whilst Kalian, Rhiannon, Martin, and Elinowy are standing in the middle of the Summerday Festival deciding what to do next, they are joined by Katya Charbonnet - an acquaintance of Martin's who used to work for the Jader city guard, and an old friend of Kalian's.
Before introductions are complete, the group is interrupted by the sudden appearance of Guard Captain Landry, who commands Martin to immediately return with her to the guard station and report.
The other four continue speculating as to who is responsible for the poisoned wine when they are again interrupted by a inebriated but otherwise healthy young human man with two more of the distinctive wine bottles. One is empty - consumed by him, and the other unopened, that he sold to Rhiannon. When questioned he says he purchased the bottles from some elves and overheard them say the last two bottles were sold to two elven women. The group decides to go to the Raven's Roost where they can talk in private.
Meanwhile, Martin follows Captain Landry to the guard station. Once in her office he reports on the wine investigation so far, telling her everything but leaving out potentially incriminating details about his friends.
In her office, Landry is not as disapproving as she was in public, and Martin is surprised when Captain Landry authorizes him to continue the investigation, and indicates she is willing to overlook the involvement of civilians. She dismisses him but cautions him to appear suitably chastised to his fellow guards. Martin heads to the Raven's Roost, hoping to find Kalian and the rest.
