October 2022 on Dragon Age: Legacy

A big Welcome Back to player Jethro Anordix who returned in October after a leave of absence and will be playing Skeld.
Summary of posts completed in October
Two days after Summerday, Rhiannon prepared a delicious picnic feast to share with Kalian. As the two of them hiked past the mansions of hightown and up to the forested bluffs above Jader, Rhi and Kalian broached the topic of a long-term aspect to their romantic relationship. After lunch they enjoyed each other for dessert.
On Sunday evening, Bloomingtide 5th, Katya and her mother were invited to the home of Lady Seryl, ruling noble of Jader. Seryl was impressed with Katya's involvement in stopping the plot to assassinate Mother Giselle, and asked Katya to serve as a trusted adviser. Seryl also apprised Katya about a bandit problem outside of Jader and asked her and her friends to look into it since the Jader City Guard was short-handed.
On the morning of Bloomintide 6th, two city guardsmen, an old veteran and a young recruit were manning the city gate. When a large figure approaches who is familiar to the older guard, he warns the younger guard to be courteous to the tall, muscular, tattoo-covered, red-haired man. The notorious Skeld tells the lad a far-fetched story about his recent adventures fighting demons and says he and the older guard killed demons together in the past. After Skeld continues into Jader and his destination - the Raven's Roost tavern- the old guard explains the fallacies of Skeld's tall tale.
Later that same day, Kalian prepared to host his friends, new and old, for a meal and drinks. Rhiannon, Katya, Elinowy, Skeld, Nazri, Atria, and Kithris all assembled for a friendly gathering. There ensued some interesting interactions, including tension between Nazri - a qunari mercenary, and Atria - a Tevinter ex-patriot who'd married into a local family. New acquaintances were made and old friendships confirmed.
