January 2023 on Dragon Age: Legacy

Our team of rpg writers completed one post in January, but it was a long one and included all of the active players.
Summary of January post (Are We There Yet?)
As the wagon carrying the adventurers neared the haunted mansion location - coincidentally also the region where bandits had been reported - a merchant on a horse rushed by, but paused to warn them his cart had been stopped just ahead by bandits accompanied by animated skeletons. Our heroes continued along the road and confronted five bandits and two animated skeletons. Further away by the road they could see the cart and merchandise being looted and carried away by other bandits.
Katya, Rhiannon, Martin, and Skeld jumped out of the wagon to engage the bandits in melee combat, whilst Kithris, Nazri, Elinowy, and Kalian assisted at range. In spectacular and heroic fashion, the two skeletons were smashed, three of the five bandits were killed, two captured, and two that arrived later escaped. The non-combative bandits meanwhile disappeared with most of the merchant's goods.
One bandit-prisoner told them the bandit leader's name is Chiaro Rosso, and the amulets that two of the bandits were wearing controlled the skeletons.
