A new player joined us on April 30th. Harlowe Dulmi is our newest Player Character!

Zuzutoo, Elinowy Ursulas' player, was recognized as the 22nd Fleet Bronze Player of the Quarter!
Accolade: "Even though he has never played the video games that give Dragon Age: Legacy its setting, Zuzutoo plays a character that is fully immersed in world lore, a religious and opinionated sister of the faith. Zuzutoo manages to bring together players’ characters with awkwardly humorous IC interactions. It is a delight to have him as a player on the sim. Not to mention his work as GM of Rogue Wings in bringing his sim back to life."


Malysh, Martin Josceran's player, received recognition from 22nd Fleet for being a Collaborative Machine!
Accolade: "Malysh initiates JPs that engage other players in the story, connect player-characters’ backstories and goals, and drive stories forward. OOC, Malysh helps keep the discord channels lively with chatter. Malysh’s writing is always excellent and their character plus variety of NPCs add interesting details to the setting, challenges for other characters, and twists to the story."


Sprite was the 22nd Fleet's Bronze GM of the month!
Accolade: "Sprite (GM of dragon age legacy SIM) is incredibly helpful with leading the direction of the missions but not overbearingly so, she allows for freedom of choice and encourages character growth/arcs. When I was having issues keeping up with posting due to health, she created a secondary character to keep us on the game but on a different path, so the slower pace wouldn’t hold up the group, but did so in a way to interconnect the new character with events from my own character’s past to allow for more character growth. Best GM I’ve written with."



Summary of posts during April:

Cainan descended on the lift into the mine with one of Rhiannon's dwarven companions and described the situation topside. The workers in the mine started evacuating. Martin ascended in the lift with Sofia, and Lirta and Pyrtin (the two mine owners) in the first group. Martin met Jaslyn when they arrived at the surface.

Martin and Sofia secured the prisoners and organized care for the workers as they arrived at the surface camp. Jaslyn stood guard in the mine office while Lirta and Pyrtin went over Roxa's books and decided to distribute the coin Roxa had accumulated to the workers.

Kalian and Elinowy stayed below in the mine to help the workers. Cainan passed them in the makeshift infirmary on his way deeper into the mine. Kalian and Elinowy spoke briefly.

Cainan found his two friends Felix Fariweather and Harlan from Richelieu's ship, the Cassabianca. They confirmed that Richelieu had stood by and watched as Robertson killed their friend Julanna and kidnapped them. Cainan took his friends to the surface and made sure they were properly cared for, then prepared to leave with Jaslyn and the others.

Finally riding the lift to the surface, Elinowy welcomed the dawn by singing morning prayer.

The Jader city guard arrived at the mining camp, led by Guard Captain Landry. Martin tried to explain, but Landry ridiculed him in front of the other guards for violating protocol and rescuing the workers on his own with the help of 'vigilantes.' Kalian returned to the surface in time to observe Martin getting yelled at by the guard captain. He and Martin agreed to talk about Kalian's magic later, then Kalian snuck off.

Rhiannon visited Pyrtin and Lirta, and offered a generous proposal to help them get the mine up and running again as a legitimate business, paying a fair wage to workers. Rhiannon and Jaslyn met.

The group headed back to Jader with the workers. Guard Captain Landry chastised them all thoroughly all along the way, for acting as vigilantes. Then Landry addressed each of them separately and demanded they submit to her authority.

Jaslyn responded by pointing out Landry's gross incompetence and asserting that Martin and the others were obviously heroes. Cainan delivered a flippant refusal to cooperate. They rode off. Landry questioned Rhiannon's motives, and suggested she was 'in' on Roxa's operation and had turned on Roxa, her business associate. Rhiannon asserted she didn't know what Roxa was up to and had killed her in self-defense. Landry directed Elinowy to the chantry, and Elinowy asked for Martin to be her escort.

Later, Jaslyn, Cainan, and Rhiannon arrived at the stables south of Jader, and decided to get drinks at the Raven's Roost.
